LRP Publications Renewals Representative in HORSHAM, Pennsylvania

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our renewal team here in Horsham, Pa., as a Renewals Representative! In this role you will be responsible for the subscription renewals of several of our high-value clients and maintaining a long-term and mutually rewarding relationship with them. This involves creating a long-term account management game plan, coupled with short-term problem-solving strategies as you remain as the central point of contact for the customer to ensure the smooth delivery of tasks/deliverables requested. This is a task-oriented position that requires an analytical mindset to ensure that accurate collation of all information surrounding an account is adhered to and tasks are actioned and reported on correctly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Maintain effective renewal rates, manage a customer database, update records appropriately, and enter informative text for each issue. Secure existing business for another term; maintain and improve current customer relationships by educating customers on product enhancements; conduct periodic reviews with customers to verify use and knowledge of product. Review legal documents, prepare proposals and licenses, renew contracts, and ensure that appropriate pricing is in place. Document each issue and ensure all customer records are maintained and up to date. Ensure license agreements are maintained and up to date. Process new orders and ensure that all information is correct before submitting. Build relationships with customers throughout the renewal process, gather information and provide solutions for positive outcomes. Maintain renewal database so the records appropriately reflect what is happening with the bulk accounts. Work with manager and renewal team regarding any special pricing. Perform any other tasks as requested by the manager, including renewal-related administrative tasks. Position Requirements: 2+ years' experience with demonstrated success in an account management role, along with written and oral communications with customers and the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to self-manage workload to achieve production goals. Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner and adhere to strict deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, database programs such as Access, as well as proficient use of a calculator. Ability to build quality relationships and connect with our customers to effectively and efficiently understand their needs, any problems they may have, and offer solutions. Must reside within 30 miles of Horsham, Pa., office location. No travel is required. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Business or related field. A successful track record of generating renewals for a B2B product line. A positive, energetic and solutions-based personality! Strong desire to learn and develop business skills. Bonus if you have worked in a B2B client relationship management role.
