This individual will manage the recruiting and hiring process for Accounting and Finance talent. Responsibilities include: * Collaborate with business leadership to create job specifications * Communicate needs to current staff to generate referrals and leads * Manage all aspects of candidate sourcing, including direct sourcing of CPAs from the Big 4 and competitors; build a pipeline of qualified talent * Conduct initial phone screens to pre-qualify potential candidates * Actively recruit candidates; negotiate offers and deliver qualified talent * Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the executive level * Research and provide competitive intelligence * Leverage analytics to track progress Chubb offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits package including life, health, dental, vision, a generous retirement savings plan, disability coverage, stock purchase plan, flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement. Desired Skills and Experience * Bachelor's Degree required * At least two years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a large firm or agency; experience with accounting & finance is a must * Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required * Knowledge of key sourcing and research skills and a passion for the hunt to identify and recruit exceptional talent * Ability to operate within a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization * Demonstrated excellence communicating with internal and external stakeholders * Ability to develop and maintain relationships * Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires * Good organizational skills * Some knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits * Knowledge of skill sets of various practice areas * Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and be collaborative and diplomatic * Exercise diplomacy, work collaboratively, and negotiate effectively * Proficient with the MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems; Taleo experience a plus
