Position Title Executive Assistant II Requisition Number 8896 Job Overview This position directly supports and reports to the Dean of the Close School of Entrepreneurship. Major responsibilities include handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks in a very dynamic environment. These tasks include, but are not limited to, special projects as well as overseeing the Dean's calendar, correspondence, travel, and presentations. The Close School of Entrepreneurship expands the legacy of Drexel's entrepreneurial culture. The Close School's mission is to create a culture of innovation for students and faculty within Drexel University and the greater Philadelphia area. Through cutting-edge curricular programs and activities, the Close School brings a set of professional and personal skills embodied in the word "entrepreneurship" to students, faculty, and the greater community. Qualifications - Bachelors degree and at least five years administrative experience in a high-level administrative role strongly preferred.
